About this Training

If you want to be considered the Hospice Homecare Homebase expert in your office, this training is for you!  With our Hospice Super User training, you will master the foundations of HCHB by following a patient through their entire life cycle in the system from admission to death or discharge and everything in between, seeing how the field staff document in PointCare, and observing the ins and outs of workflow.  Become your organization's subject matter expert in all things Homecare Homebase!

Prerequisites

  • An HCHB worker profile
  • One year of experience in the back office and/or PointCare functionality is recommended [two years highly recommended]
  • Bonus points:  Completion of the Super User Back Office Clinical - Hospice Curriculum  OLH videos
