Prerequisites

• An HCHB worker profile
• One year of experience in the back office and/or PointCare functionality [two years recommended]
• Familiarization with Medicare regulations and conditions of participation
• Bonus points:  Previous attendance of Home Health or Hospice Super User Trainings and completion of the Pointcare Back Office Curriculum  OLH videos

Format & Schedule

• Virtual live course with on-demand modules and exercises
