Virtual Billing 101 Training

Has your organization hired new billing staff that needs to be trained on the basics of Homecare Homebase?  Do you have new staff in your billing department who previously worked in other parts of the software?  Or is it just time for a refresher course on “how to bill”?  If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this course is for you!  During this three day virtual course, attendees will master the basic skills required for billing within Homecare Homebase.  Subject matter will include overview of the application, PPS billing, commercial billing including review of payor setup and authorizations, accounts receivable and collections, and hospice billing.  Our trainer is fully prepared to handle day-to-day billing needs for your organization and can walk you through the process of how to escalate more complicated billing matters to the correct people.
