Virtual Analytics Certified Builder Training

Note: This training cannot be registered for or taken until you have completed the HCHB Analytics Analyst training. This includes both Analytics 101: Explore and two live courses specifically about the Analyst role. You can register for that path here.

Are you looking to go beyond the out-of-the-box dashboards and take HCHB Analytics to the next level?  If so, this training is for you!  Our four-day, intensive training will teach attendees to build custom dashboards, edit HCHB-created dashboards, and more!

Included in the price of this training is a required Tableau-hosted eLearning Prerequisite Course [Tableau Fundamentals] which guides you through the basics of using the Tableau Desktop tool.  The completion of this eCourse allows our trainers to dive deep into HCHB-specific data concepts and additional Tableau skills during the two-day live portion of this training.  For all sessions offered, registrants will not be able to attend the Wednesday-Thursday portion of the training until the Tableau Desktop training is complete [which we will verify on Tuesday evening]. That is why we have set aside two full days to provide time for you to complete it. Our trainer will explain the instructions to attendees on the first day of training and will let you have the rest of the day Monday and Tuesday to complete the 16-hour course. We recommend you complete the Tableau course before the week of the training if you’re able, but we also know that schedules can fill up quickly and setting aside the time can be difficult.

Qualifications

• An HCHB worker profile
• Industry knowledge
• Minimum of six months experience with HCHB strongly recommended

Prerequisites

• HCHB Analytics Analyst Training
• This must be taken first before you may register for HCHB Analytics Certified Builder
• Tableau eLearning Course - Tableau Fundamentals
• Requires a minimum of 16 hours to complete
• Access key sent upon registration for this course
• Completion is essential before attendance to live portion of training is permitted
• Intermediate to expert level Excel knowledge or other data analysis or reporting applications
• Type of experience recommended: formulas, data aggregation, pivot tables, charts, etc.
• Bonus points:  Completion of the Analytics Curriculum  OLH videos
