About this Training

Are you wanting a deeper understanding of HCHB’s System Administration system operation?  If so, then this course is for you!  System Administration encompasses the management of system operations including system settings, tables, and workflow.​  After completing this course, you will be able to manage the table administrations, manage system settings for your organization, create tickets, and set up workflow allocation for your organization. It is crucial that feedback is provided by all roles about Day-to-Day operations and recurring issues so that the System Administrator can make informed decisions for your organization. That is why we have broken down the most basic steps through problem-solving and troubleshooting System Administration-specific issues in our on-demand course. The aim of this course is to make a System Administration expert out of you!  This training is on-demand and therefore, self-managed.  The levels are comprised of various multimedia elements including videos, text, interactive images, and knowledge checks.  In total, the course will take around 2-3 hours to complete from start to finish.  You will have access to the on-demand course for six months after registration.
