About this Training

Are you wanting a deeper understanding of HCHB's Medical Records system operation?  If so, then this course is for you!  Medical Records encompasses the confirmation of adequate documentation to demonstrate compliance and coordinates the accuracy and validity of documentation with outside sources. Improper Medical Records processing can lead to declined orders, missing signatures, and an inability to process claims. That is why we have broken down the most basic steps up through problem-solving and troubleshooting medical records specific issues in our on-demand course. The aim of this course is to make a Medical Records expert out of you!  This training is on-demand and therefore, self-managed.  The levels are comprised of various multimedia elements including videos, text, interactive images, and knowledge checks.  In total, the course will take between 2-3 hours to complete from start to finish.  You will have access to the on-demand course for six months after registration.
