About this Training

Are you wanting a deeper understanding of HCHB's Intake system operation for Hospice?  If so, then this course is for you!  We know that without intake being done properly, all other workflows are affected and impacted.  That is why we have broken down the most basic steps up through problem-solving and troubleshooting intake specific issues in our on-demand course.  The aim of this course is to make an Intake expert out of you!  This training is on-demand and therefore, self-managed.  The levels are comprised of various multimedia elements including videos, text, interactive images, and knowledge checks.  In total, the course will take between 2-3 hours to complete from start to finish.  You will have access to the on-demand course for six months after registration.
