About this Training

Are you wanting a deeper understanding of HCHB's Field Operations (SN): Hospice system operation?  If so, then this course is for you!  Field Operations (SN): Hospice encompasses  everything pertaining to episode care delivery by the SN while on service.  Performing routine care, communicating with the IDG team, and working with the case manager to maintain the patients Plan of Care. The nurse is the key figure to ensuring the patient is comfortable while the patient is receiving Hospice care. That is why we have broken down the most basic steps up through problem-solving and troubleshooting Field Operations (SN): Hospice specific issues in our on-demand course. The aim of this course is to make a Field Operations (SN): Hospice expert out of you!  This training is on-demand and therefore, self-managed.  The levels are comprised of various multimedia elements including videos, text, interactive images, and knowledge checks.  In total, the course will take between 2-3 hours to complete from start to finish.  You will have access to the on-demand course for six months after registration.
