About this Training

Are you wanting a deeper understanding of HCHB's Field Operations (Aide) system operation?  If so, then this course is for you!  Field Operations (Aide) encompasses everything pertaining to Aide care in HCHB. From completing your assigned Aide Care tasks, to communicating with your case manager, to understanding how your care plan was created. Whether for Hospice care or in Home Health, the  Aide is the often the person who becomes closest with the patient during the duration of care.  That is why we have broken down the most basic steps up through problem-solving and troubleshooting Field Operations (Aide) specific issues in our on-demand course. This course combines both Home Health and Hospice care, and will explain the regulations for both Service Lines. The aim of this course is to make a Field Operations (Aide) expert out of you!  This training is on-demand and therefore, self-managed.  The levels are comprised of various multimedia elements including videos, text, interactive images, and knowledge checks.  In total, the course will take between 1-2 hours to complete from start to finish.  You will have access to the on-demand course for six months after registration.
