Are you wanting a deeper understanding of HCHB's Clinical Management system operation?  If so, then this course is for you!  Clinical Management encompasses the management of field staff including auditing their visits, ensuring they are meeting productivity and can perform within the system. Clinical Management reviews and approves documentation, orders, and coordinates care between the field and back office System Operations. The Clinical Manager is your go-to person for questions related to industry standards, requirements, and payor needs. They ensure that all System Operations are working together to be compliant with regulations and provide optimal patient care. Clinical Management is the lynchpin of any organization, and they have the most robust workflow of any system operation. That is why we have broken down the most basic steps up through problem-solving and troubleshooting Clinical Management specific issues in our on-demand course.
