About this Training

Are you wanting a deeper understanding of HCHB's Bereavement system operation?  If so, then this course is for you!  Bereavement encompasses the management of communication for patient and community contacts to help with grieving process, provision of letters, phone, visits, and group support for the bereaved.  Ongoing Bereavement support for those who have lost loved ones, is what sets Hospice services apart from other healthcare providers. That is why we have broken down the most basic steps up through problem-solving and troubleshooting Bereavement specific issues in our on-demand course. The aim of this course is to make a Bereavement expert out of you!  This training is on-demand and therefore, self-managed.  The levels are comprised of various multimedia elements including videos, text, interactive images, and knowledge checks.  In total, the course will take between 1-2 hours to complete from start to finish.  You will have access to the on-demand course for six months after registration.
